Orders and Shipping

Shipping time can take from 7 to 15 business days, the tracking is normal that there might not be timely updated of your parcel therefore please wait patiently.

* Complete parcel with the shipping label visible
* Closeup of the damage to the shipped item
* Closeup of the damage, if any, to the parcel
