Refund and Returns Policy

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
  • Should you for any reason require a refund but you can’t return the items to us for any reason, a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.
  • The refund policy does not apply to “print on demand” products.
  • We’ll refund the price you paid for your item, including sale and campaign items back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The exchange policy applies to the following cases:

    • Defective products from the manufacturer (*)
    • The printed image is not clear
    • The printed image is not in the center of the shirt.
    • The order is not in the right size, color or style compared to the order.
    • Other mistakes caused by us…
    • Package received wrongly against the order.

Exchange period: Within 14 days from the date you received the product.

(*) We will ask you to provide photos of the affected items to provide feedback to the 3rd-party printer that fulfilled your order

II. EXCHANGE POLICY

At this time, we don’t offer online exchanges. If you’d like to exchange a product, return it using our Returns process and then place a new order.

  1. Product Return Instructions
    • Step 1:Please call or send a message to Bloomhub’s hotline at +1 (920) 552-4836 or contact them via email at order@bloobhub.co. Please provide your order information, including the phone number used to place the order, the order ID, the product code for the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. They will be able to assist you further
    • Step 2:Provide photos of the damaged/faulty item items to provide feedback to the 3rd-party printer that fulfilled your order
    • Step 3: Returning products for exchange will be processed within 3-7 business days after the Support Department of Bloomhub review your case
  1. Requirements for product returns
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and free from any odors
  • The product should still have its original tags, labels, and any accompanying packaging (if applicable).
  • The product should not have any damages caused by the user’s storage or transportation processes.
III. Refund Policy
  • We review claims within 72 business hours.
  • If your order qualifies for a refund, your refund will be processed immediately. Your refund may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your method of payment.
